Kevin Donaldson is the President of Dented Development Project; Founder and Host of The Suffering Podcast. His Law Enforcement career was cut short due to a critical incident. Although Kevin is now retired, his heart never left the job.
Kevin is a best selling author of Man You Are Crazy and continues his work by speaking to audiences the beauties of overcoming adversity and trauma.
Mike Failace is the former Vice President of Dented Development Project and former Co-Host of The Suffering Podcast. He is also avidly involved in the Special Olympics. Mike is a retired Police Lieutenant who was involved in a critical incident that ended his career.
Sadly on May 9th, 2024, Mike took his life but we honor his name by carrying the torch

Mike is a combat veteran Captain in the US Army and retired Hoboken Police Officer who has overcome may trials and tragedies. Mike now sits and the Vice President.
Tom Flynn
Tom is a Montclair Police Lieutenant and boad memember of FACE who now sits as the Treasurer of Dented Develapment Project.
Jessica Dalby
A US Army veteran and founder and CEO of Jessical Dalby Brand Media, she now sits and the Secretary of Dented Develpment Project.
Mark Hettinger
Mark brings a wealth of Non Profit experience to the board of directors and has dedicated his life to helping and saving others through his experience as a Firefighter and Medic
